Shipping policy

All items, unless otherwise stated in the description, will ship out within 5-7 business days via USPS mail. You may receive a tracking number prior to the item actually being in transit, as the shipping labels are created in advance of pickup. Please allow the full 7 business days prior to inquiring as to the status of your shipment.

For items sent internationally, please note that we have no control over the process once your package leaves the United States. You may be subject to additional taxes and/or customs fees based on your country where you are receiving your package. We do not collect taxes beyond those required by the United States. 

Customer is responsible for initiating claim for damaged/missing items with USPS. We will assist in providing any documentation that USPS requires upon request, but will not initiate a claim on your behalf.
