Refund policy
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards & Event/VIP tickets
Downloadable/digital products
Items beyond 30 days
Items not in original packaging or showing obvious signs of wear/tear
Returns/Exchanges - Must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email at help@iconforhire.net with your order # and reason for the return. You may be responsible for the cost of shipping for your return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@iconforhire.net and we will send you instructions on how to return the damaged item.
Shipping
Please contact us prior to returning your defective or damaged item, so we can give you a return authorization and shipping label if applicable. For returns, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping, and we will deduct that cost from your refund.
